Save the recipe for Spritz Bitter

1. Take a wide, shallow rocks glass;
2. Add some ice;
3. Pour in 2 ounces of Prosecco;
4. Add 1½ ounces of Bitter, Distilleria Negroni;
5. Pour in 1½ ounces of soda water;
6. Garnish with a slice of orange dipped in the drink and one or two straws.
