Our Grappa alla Ruta is obtained by a traditional process of steam distillation. On bottling, a branch of rue is added. This traditional product of our region has a clear, crystalline hue; its natural colour may vary from a pale chlorophyll green to a more intense shade of green, accompanied by the pleasant aroma of this medicinal herb.
