The classic Grappa Veneta is produced from a blend of grape marc from the varieties characteristic of our tradition. Since 1919, Negroni Antica Distilleria has continued to produce Venetian grappa made from pure, double-rectified grape marc with the same passion, using traditional distillation in small copper stills to achieve a delicate aroma and a smooth flavour.
