Rad Gin stands for Radicchio, but also for "radical", meaning strong, awesome, cool, wild. This unique Dry Gin is crafted using generous amounts of hand-selected juniper berries by our Master Distiller. Through steam distillation, we obtain a gin base featuring juniper, citrus essences, orange, and curaçao, followed by the infusion of Red Radicchio of Treviso PGI. A gin that truly represents our territory and the heritage of Negroni Distillery, which has been infusing typical Treviso chicory into its spirits since the 1960s.
