Our Bitter is a classic aperitif. With its full-bodied and distinctive flavour, it brings out the full power of the aromatic herbs without ever being overpowering. The aroma and flavour of gentian, blending with bitter orange, give way to cinchona for an intriguing bitter aftertaste.
Typically served mixed, but it’s also delicious served neat on the rocks.
