For the cocktail:
• 30 ml Elixir Veneziano
• 2 spoon Old 1919, Negroni Antica Distilleria
• 40ml Ysabel Regina
• 5 drops Bob’s Bitters Chocolate

Method:
Stir & Strain

Glassware:
Vintage cup

Garnish:
Orange peel and Modica handmade chocolate with bitter orange zest

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until the products are well diluted; single strain into a cold vintage cup. Decorate with orange peel and Modica handmade chocolate with bitter orange zest on one side.

This after-dinner meditation drink features Elixir Veneziano, Negroni Antica Distilleria, 26% abv, a unique product that has been made in the Piave River area for centuries; Raboso wine liqueur, mixed with fresh juice of black cherries and plums from the Venetian countryside, an infusion made with Treviso IGP Red Radicchio, and a small percentage of grappa. The richness of Elixir is perfectly balanced by the refreshing, bitter-sweet notes of Old 1919, Negroni Antica Distilleria, the brand's flagship liqueur, with noble ingredients such as absinthe, gentian, china, cola and many other
herbs.

Complex notes of wood and dried fruit pair well with dark chocolate bitters, making the aromatic profile of this drink even more complex. Taste at the end of an important dinner.
