Our regional cocktails were very successful even in Piedmont with this simple yet original take on a classic Sour cocktail, made with 100% Italian ingredients. The presence of Dolcetto d'Alba DOC is a tribute to Piedmont, a land with a rich wine culture that has a lot in common with the Venetian countryside where Negroni Antica Distilleria is located. The bouquet of ripe red fruits provided by the wine, such as cherry and raspberry, pairs well with Blueberry Liqueur, Negroni Antica Distilleria, 25% abv, processed according to tradition by macerating the blueberries in grappa and alcohol to make them even softer and rounder on the palate. The alcohol base is supported by Old 1919, Negroni Antica Distilleria, 21% abv, a traditional Italian bitter-sweet aperitif with intense aromas of rhubarb and china and an extremely pleasant and refreshing bitter taste, that is the end note of this Sour Italiano cocktail.
